Is there a free trial?

How does concurrent staff booking work?

Each staff member has their own calendar. When a customer books online, they pick a service and an available staff member — so if you have 2 carpet cleaners on Starter, two different customers can both book 4 PM independently, one with each cleaner. On Professional with 5 staff, up to 5 customers can book the exact same time slot, each assigned to a different team member. You can also add manual appointments the same way.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and PayPal for your subscription.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees, ever. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription price.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your account is paused — your data is never deleted.
